Thang Lam has over 21 years of experience in home remodeling and construction in Massachusetts. His particular specialty is custom hardwood flooring. Thang is a member of the National Wood Flooring Association.  Thang started TLC in 2003.

At TLC Custom Design, we do everything in house.  We never sub out our hardwood flooring installation, sanding and refinishing, custom hardwood floor design work, or staircase installation to anyone else.
